With the option to buy your very own beautifully appointed apartment or unit in our premium retirement village under strata title, you can embrace everything the retirement village lifestyle has to offer while still maintaining ownership of your home.

We offer a range of financial options so you can choose the arrangement that best suits you:

Strata Title – This is where you purchase the Serviced Apartment and you are the owner. When you leave the village, it becomes available for purchase.

Easy In Easy Out – For those who are thinking about their future needs, this option makes it easy to move in and out. Upon leaving the village, your funds become available when we find a new resident or within 180 days, whichever comes first.

Both options include a weekly fee for services inclusive of meals, cleaning, heavy laundry, 24 hour emergency call, social activities and more.
