The Australian Government has introduced the Support At Home program which replaces Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care as of 1 November 2025.

Do you need an interpreter?
Interpreting services can be arranged by contacting the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450.

The My Aged Care contact centre will discuss your needs and complete the application while you are on the phone.
