Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP)
mecwacare is a not-for-profit provider of the state government’s Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP). This program supports people with disabilities to remain living at home as independently as possible.
We provide a number of services under the HACC PYP, including personal care, home care, meal preparation, property maintenance, respite care, and transport.
The HACC PYP service is available for people from birth to 65 years, and Aboriginal people from birth to 50 years, across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.
