We will phone you and have a chat about your suitability for the role. We’ll talk a little more about the what the role you have applied for looks like.
We invite you in to have a face-to-face interview. This is always done with a panel of two hiring managers, and you may be asked to bring some documentation with you to show your eligibility for the role.
We conduct a few background checks including a police check, a statutory declaration, two references and a psychometric test, which looks at your values and if they align with ours.
Once an offer is made, you will be provided with a contract, as well as an invitation to our corporate orientation and a more specific site orientation.
You will also receive an email from our onboarding system, finalising any paperwork for the role. It’s important you complete all documentation promptly to limit any delays setting up your payroll.
