These units are conveniently located adjacent to Sandringham station and just a few hundred metres from the beach, restaurants and cafes.
A central main entrance welcomes residents into the light-filled modern units, providing optimal security and privacy. Each unit has a generous carpeted bedroom with built-in robe, and a kitchen designed for easy maintenance with glass splashbacks and high-quality gas cooking appliances. The bathrooms are spacious and finished with quality fittings, and all units have space for laundry appliances. Timber floating floors throughout the kitchen and living areas lead onto a private balcony or deck with great views of the surrounding areas.
Our community housing is designed to promote comfort and independence for people who are over 55 years of age or have a disability, and who meet the Department of Health and Human Services eligibility criteria. mecwacare maintains communal areas and gardens, and changes smoke-detector batteries and light globes within units. Residents enter into a Tenancy Agreement, with rent in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services criteria.
